Hey! I am so happy you are here! I am Molly West. Welcome to my website! I am the owner/stylist of West Hair Company in Florence, AL. I have been in the hair industry & licensed since 2012. Starting June 2026 I will only be taking clients Friday & Saturdays. I highly encourage clients to pre book their appointments to remain on my schedule. I will also have a slight price increase on color services and extensions due to the rise of supplies and product costs. I always try to be fair in my pricing but as this career does support my family & business I have to do what’s best. With cancellations I will have implement my cancellation fee. I have never charge a cancellation but with limited availability & recent cancellation issues if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment I will have to charge a 20% fee. If I am not available for you I also have two other stylists in the salon with me. Hannah Jane Phillips and Santana Bass. They both are fantastic at what they do and have their own booking websites. Cancellation Policy

20% cancellation fee will be charged to card on file for cancellations made within 24 hours or less. No shows will not be able to rebook.
